1. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
There is a forgotten password link on the login page. Click this, enter your username
and email address and a new password will be sent to your email account.
2. I have a colleague who would like to be set up on the system, who do I contact?
Send an email to retailersupport@uk.rapp.com
with their full name and email address. We will set them up and an automated email
will be sent to them.
